Today seemed to fly by. If your child didn't come home with his/her Thursday folder, it is because we were so busy trying to get back into our original room. Tomorrow class will be in our real classroom. I am so thankful that they were able to get our room finished so quickly!
In math we worked more with prime factorization and introduced exponents. We added these words to our vocabulary notebook. We did a page our of our text and most everyone finished today.In spelling we played Sparkle. Our test is tomorrow.
In language we worked on yesterday's stories. They are so anxious to share them with the class. I can't wait to hear them. We also corrected sentences on the board.
We had a fire drill today and the class did very well. They have been so good during this transition.
Maybe things will be calmer next week!
